Adminship

Hi there Camponhoyle, I have seen your request and decided to check your history for any vandalism that has been found on several occasions which could put people such as I and Chris into thinking that you don't deserve to be admin. I also did a quick google on you to see if you where seen in any of the results and I found this [1], saying that an account with the same name was a sockpuppeteer, similar to Idiot123 is on this wiki. Looking deeper, I found the list of confirmed sockpuppets [2], which included two accounts, Randomer789, an account also on this wiki as a sockpuppet and Idiot997, similar in name to Idiot123 of this wiki. This is highly suspicious. I will be considering whether or not to ban you. BRGSMan 20:45, 12 December 2009 (UTC)

I do apologise, looking even deeper into the topic, I have discovered that you may have had a rough patch, but as a wikipedia admin once said, you may make mistakes, but you just create a new account and start again like you have on the wiki, with minor blips of vandalism that was likely non-intentional. False Adminship

I have been looking at your previous edits and it seems that you have purposefully making grammar mistakes in order to fix them, and get more edits, therefore making you more likely to become an admin. Is this true? If so please refrain from doing so as it isn't the correct way to go about things. Also stop making usless pages like PS3 that have no relevance to anything anyone cares about. Go onto nearly ANY forum, they will have you IP address. However the software used to 'track' an IP address is always at least 10 miles out.

A couple of things

Re:Rumours of blackmail. If this is true then it's quite worrying. If not, then fair enough. To be honest it's not likely I'll be able to uncover all the facts as I don't know either of you. I advise you and BRGSMan sort out any problems between you in person. I'd rather pre-empt any problems and it all turn out to be nothing, rather than the other way round.

Also, I don't think your talk page needs protecting so I'm unlocking it. Deal with any vandalism as appropriate.

I'll copy and paste what I said to Magical Trevor:

(We)'ve decided to make you an Admin for now. This is on a week trial period, at the end we'll evaluate how well you're doing! A few pointers:

• I'm sure you know this is a position of responsibility. You must remain completely impartial, and follow the guidelines laid out for bans etc. (We have a clear policy and we have to enforce it correctly, please review it and contact me if you ban anyone).
• Please make sure you lead by example - preview your posts before saving them, ensure spelling and grammar is correct etc.
• If you aren't sure how to proceed and no one else is around, drop either me or BRGSMan a line and we'll advise.
