Luke Quigley is in 07N. He is a very cool guy that invented the stealing bag game along with others. He will always tell the truth even if a friend will get in trouble because of it. He also seems to have a lot of obsessions in a variety of different topics. Currently, his life seems to be dominated by a certain Jess Hilton, who he even sent a rose to. He has also recently took to gelling his hair, which some people believe is to impress said Jess Hilton, although Luke himself denies it.
