BRGS Wiki:Community Portal
Please read!
We have recently received an email from someone who is concerned about levels of vandalism on the site, which is upsetting some pupils. We ask you all that ANY vandalism is swiftly reported to the moderators, by adding it below here, using Moderation Requests or by e-mailing us AS SOON AS IT IS FOUND.
- May I add, it is firstly the responsibility of year reps to keep content acceptable for their respective years. Please check your year if you haven't for a while. I will be doing a brief check over all years. Clizard 09:51, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
Thank you for your help

Note to all: Only the brgswiki@hotmail.co.uk address should be used as contact - NO ONE ELSE'S! All emails received are passed on to relevant emails anyway
- It has been confirmed by Mrs Shepherd that the crucible incident was what got Mr Patrick fired. Also, would it be possible for mrs smith and mrs kolbruk to get pages?
Created Mrs Smith and Mrs Kolbuck pages. Slightly unsure of spelling! If you want to create any further pages, just type them into the search box - if a page doesn't exist you can create it there and then.
I think there should be an article for the ds club who hang around at the library at lunchtimes then at room 94 all other times
Edit: BRGS website confirms spelling!

First Meeting
I'm thinking of holding a meeting for all wiki users sometime towards the end of term. This will be to discuss various things to do with the wiki and policy etc that have never been discussed fully before. Since I do the webmaster-ing I tend to have too much of a say at the moment :). I will set up a venue on this site nearer the time. Any suggestions for topics put below. Clizard 22:31, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
Possible times for meeting: Sunday 17th December, around 2.30pm
I'd prefer the 2.30pm one, simply to get it out of the way and so I don't have to come on the computer that late Jonny talk • mod 18:01, 1 December 2006 (UTC)
2.30 will probably be better - only thing I can think of is Sunday sports at that time. Clizard 15:58, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
Couldn't we do this in school hours? It would be much more convenient. Kronosmod 20:44, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
Well, firstly, not everyone goes to the school any more. Also, we can't expect time out of lessons for something that the school hasn't really 'sanctioned'. A question I have though is: how are we going to do this? It's going to impossible to have a conversation on a page on the wiki as people will just keep getting edit conflicts and we'll get nowhere. I don't really want to post my MSN address on a public website, and I'm sure lots of other people are the same. So are you just going to set up a free forum/chat board or something for it? I know that Dave is a whizz-kid with computers, so it might be possible for him (or anyone else for that matter, if Dave doesn't have the time), to set up an IRC chatroom with a link on the main page closer to the time? Lenny 21:06, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
It's likely to be over an IRC or equivalent channel, possibly based around this site. Definitely CANNOT be in school hours, as the wiki is blocked at school for a start, as are all chat rooms. Chris mod 21:19, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
The website isn't blocked at school though, I was on at lunch time editing things... - Kronosmod 19:40, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
I assume that's because you are a sysop. The ban should extend to everyone else, and I assume this is the case as no one seems to be making any edits during the day. Chris mod - talk 21:36, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
