Luke Quigley

Luke Quigley is a very cool guy that invented the stealing bag game along with others. He will always tell the truth even if a friend will get in trouble because of it, he is one of the Elite few in 9N (for his form see 8N) to have no penalty points. Others include Matthew Hoyle and Matthew Lewis.
