Daniel Gillen will be attending the BRGS LVIth from 2006-07. He plans to continue with his A Levels at BRGS in 2007-08. He is taking AS Chemistry, Physics, Maths and Further maths. Originally, he wished to take Psychology and History, but decided to steer clear of the guaranteed fun that is History and declined to study Psychology due to his belief that it is a 'pseudo-science'. He attended Towneley High School for his GCSEs.
He is looking forward to attending BRGS, and has bought some snappy formal wear for attendance. An active socialist, he was elected a Member of Youth Parliament for Burnley in Spring 2006.
