A couple of things

Re:Rumours of blackmail. If this is true then it's quite worrying. If not, then fair enough. To be honest it's not likely I'll be able to uncover all the facts as I don't know either of you. I advise you and BRGSMan sort out any problems between you in person. I'd rather pre-empt any problems and it all turn out to be nothing, rather than the other way round.

Also, I don't think your talk page needs protecting so I'm unlocking it. Deal with any vandalism as appropriate.

You need a reason to delete the part on the biology, just as SellersWithAnN said. Any other help? Let me know! Thanks BRGSMan talk - contribs 21:30, 21 February 2010 (UTC)

No offense or anything, but there's no need to post the welcome message on every account that it hasn't been posted on yet. New accounts it's helpful. Accounts that have been editing for a while, it can be seen as slightly patronising.

Admin

Since you have been craving adminship for a while, Im going to give you a week trial period. Lets see how you go. Any other help? Let me know! Thanks BRGSMan talk - contribs 18:25, 25 February 2010 (UTC)

I'll copy and paste what I said to Magical Trevor:

(We)'ve decided to make you an Admin for now. This is on a week trial period, at the end we'll evaluate how well you're doing! A few pointers:

  • I'm sure you know this is a position of responsibility. You must remain completely impartial, and follow the guidelines laid out for bans etc. (We have a clear policy and we have to enforce it correctly, please review it and contact me if you ban anyone).
  • Please make sure you lead by example - preview your posts before saving them, ensure spelling and grammar is correct etc.
  • If you aren't sure how to proceed and no one else is around, drop either me or BRGSMan a line and we'll advise.

After a week we'll decide whether to keep you as an Admin or not. Don't feel under pressure to make a ton of edits in that time, just keep doing things right and it'll all be fine. Chris talk - mod 22:35, 25 February 2010 (UTC)
