Modern foreign languages is the name for the department of languages that you will study in until year 12 if you get there.The current head is Mr Wyton who against all other schools in the area made German the year 7 language. This has led to a massive drop in french GSCE students as they have 1 less year to perfect those tricky accents.This is probably to do with German being the most common language in Europe.Along with the Art department it boasts some of the most fearsome teachers with matching reputations.It is considered one of the hardest subjects in the school.
