Protein Shakes

'Protein Shakes' first happened at Disneyland during the year seven trip to Paris. Rebecca, Micah and Eve put: Spagetti Bolagnese, Chicken Nuggets, Apple Juice, Pizza and some other manky things into a drink of cola. Eve tried some, Micah tried some. Micah spat in it. They drank some more. That is how the legend that is protein shakes began.
