Description

Often described as a "small (cramped), working (no books) library", a place to spend time when upset. Mostly filled by year 8 and 9's but isn't rare to see a worrying year 10 in there. It is often left to spectate on the affairs of the rest of the school. Also often the grounds where the DS club spend their breaks tapping away on a small screen and playing on Mario Kart DS [Get it right whoever wrote Super Mario Kart], however, as of January 17th, "All DSs have been banned from the Library because [the people who play on them] make too much noise, and, well, this is a Library. For Books.".

Sixth Formers are the only group who truly frequent the library, yet are often left in the cold half-way through doing work when told "Please can you leave the library, a library lesson is taking place here." Mrs Sellens and Miss Caton are the prime culprits in this respect.

Furthermore, during a ridiculously long period in summer (and near Christmas), the entire library is closed down so that two people can prepare for oral exams. How pointless.
