Not actually a sport, but something in PE lessons. Instead of actually doing a sport, sometimes Fitness is done. It adds on to the three laps of the astroturf that is done as a warmup and adds circuit training, using the gym, and the worst of all, the 150 metre lap test. This tests how many laps you can do in 12 minutes, under fourteen is underneath the 'poor' category, and even the fittest boys couldn't make it to the average category.
