Calum Barrow

Glasses

Since Year 7 Calum has had pairs of glasses with transistion lenses. To this day still the novelty has not worn off for people to ask him why he is wearing sunglasses on a cloudy/rainy/snowy/overcast/sunny day. Now you probably know who he is even if you didn't before.

Tastes

You may also know Calum for his bizarre tastes. In pretty much everything he seems to love things that are from/resemble things from the 70s and earlier.

Especially his beloved Austin A40 'Farina' Mk1 Deluxe Saloon which Calum has been maticulously repairing back to its original beauty. At one point Calum owned two A40's but had to sell one to make space for his Landrover Carawagon. The Carawagon is an interesting model and was first discovered by Sam (a friend who Calum and Boony continuosly bully for not owning a car as he insists on riding a motorbike).

Guitar

Pretty much all the spare time he has is spent playing guitar for hours on end. Of course, it does improve your playing, but it also makes your fingertips go like leather. If you're intregued, ask him and he'll show you. If he's not playing guitar, he will certainly be thinking about it. In fact, if you see him on a school morning he may well be carrying a guitar case. However in recent times the guitar carrying has stopped due Calum not requiring a guitar in school for Music lessons (he no longer studies Music). This does not mean that the guitar playing has stopped!
