Another pointless outing, this one also is coach-based. You are driven round Blackburn, looking at the inner city, the suburbs, the CBD and so on. What exactly is achieved by all of this is as yet unknown.
A point to note: When they let you off the coach, huddle into a large group so that you are attacked by the locals.
