Cheap Pete's is the bargain shop in Waterfoot. Notorious for selling packs of Asda's own Jaffa Cakes. It is run by two skanky old women with no cash machine and little knowledge of money (student Tom Sanders once paid for a can of coke with a pound coin and received a £2 coin as change).

Cheap Pete's updates it's stock roughly once a month, long after most of the food has passed it's sell-by date. Also sells extremely cheap, poorly made toys for under £5.
