Scholastic History
Sam Stevens is, as of September 2006, an Upper Sixth Form student at BRGS. He began his BRGS "career" in 2000, as a member of form 7S. He was form captain in year 10.
Stevens now studies History, English Literature, and Media Studies, having dropped Computing as his fourth AS level subject. He is renowned as being a strong defender of the much criticised, pretentious, "Mickey Mouse" subject that is Media Studies. Henceforth, he has been on the receiving end of a lot of stick concerning the subject, allegedly, not being "proper". He has been known to have many an argument on the subject, particularly with traditionalist, Simon Coates, who remains of the opinion Media Studies is a "Mickey Mouse" subject.
