Beginning with a certain Amy Bemmant, however this whistle stop relationship soon came to an end to the disappointment of young Matthew. However Riley has shown (in the words of Iain Dowie) "tremendous bouncebackability" by attending an 18th and trying his luck there. His distinguished looks and charming manner attracted the attention of Lauren Homer, with the pair exchanging text messages. Robert Marcroft, a close friend was not in any way phased by this, despite having one passionate night of history with Lauren Homer. The pair enjoyed themselves on the night but decided that thats all it was, "an enjoyable night but nothing more". Also to add the mire, he is currently trying his luck with the younger ladies with some positive signs being radiated from the youth.
