History
Pronounced oodle-too, the random number generator was created by David Bewicke in 2004 as part of an experiment with randomness. In 2006 it went through an upheaval to bring the styling up-to-date.
Features
Oodle-too can generate random numbers between 13 and 700, constructed by the '1337 5p33k' for oodle-too. On top of this engine is built a midi sound-box and tally chart, allowing the user to see how many extra numbers are left to generate.
Record
As of 2006, Oodle-too has had well over 1000 hits, perhaps putting it under one of the most popular fixed-interval random number generators on the internet.
