5 second rule

This Rule is almost spread throughout rossendale, as this rule applies to food that has been on the floor or in the bin.
Conditions
- This Rule doesnt apply if the food is wrapped in some sort of casing, conceiling it from the floor or bin.
- This Rule Applies to all forms of food, but this rule is extended to 10 seconds is the food in question is dry, but if the food is sloppy or wet in any form, it is only 5 seconds.
- If you do manage to pick it up in time, look around, if anyone saw you, eat it rapidly...if not, take as long as you need, because you want to amplify the gross factor.
