Jess Hilton

Jessica Hilton is usually seen with Annie McCloskey. She is the new girl in 07G and has moved to BRGS from Oulder hill . She has a SLIGHT issue with OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), and apologises very often (very, very often). She also is a big fan of Michael Buble and Justin Bieber. Jess is also possibly the only person who will say hello to everybody. She seems to go shopping every weekend... twice.
