A step below the Form Captain, the Vice Captain may not have to attend meetings as often as the Form Captain. Similarly to the Captain, the Vice Captain is an unwanted role.
The selection process for the Vice Captain is the same as the Form Captain (see Form Captain for election process), apart from there being no problem with taking the part several times.
