Not a massive policy, but you still need to keep an eye on this one if you are signing up.
Any accounts that look like adbots will be banned indefinitely, as will any accounts that could be deemed as a personal attack or anything that is generally offensive. Usernames too similar to a moderator will be banned however the I.P. address will not, allowing a new account to be made. Usernames should not be too long either, doing this can clog up recent changes.
