This should be locked as it is invalid otherwise. An open policy means nothing as there is no-one liable to take control of it. The history of changes does not matter as the policy would have to be based on the on-line one (otherwise you'd have numerous active policies for the same task), creating a loop-hole large enough to contradict the whole idea.

I can't protect it as I'm not a moderator (obviously - I don't even have an account); so...can it be protected please? It can still be changed by any moderator if it is; so I think it should be. 82.19.20.132 19:17, 16 November 2006 (UTC)
