Ryan Gray is the most famous student currently at BRGS sixth form. He created his stardom from the year 1999 when he played the role of Neo in one of the most top rated films to date called THE MATRIX. At heart Ryan AKA Neo knows that he died in the film but the trilogy lives on, He currently tries to keep his fame by wearing Neo's jacket using it so that he doesn't get Neo's shirt wet underneath while trekking to school each day.

Ryan Gray is possibly the most lifeless student you will ever come across; he is extremely rare and hard to find since there's little distinctive about him. His interests are The Matrix, World Wrestling Entertainment and The Jeremy Kyle Show. He is an online gaming expert/extraordinaire. Nothing else is known of his life outside BRGS, yet rumour has it he enjoys strolling around nearby parks wearing nothing but his 'Shawn Michaels tight lycra pants' (which he bought on eBay) and leather Neo trench coat (which he swapped for a Morpheus Calendar at a Matrix convention back in 2002).

Things to look out for:

  • The number of gaming hours he has meticulously invested in such a wise and productive task as The Matrix Online.
  • The fact that this week alone he has played 11 hours of The Sims Nightlife.
  • He still maintains that he is 18 and lives in Brighton, where he attends university and is in a stable relationship with a female.
  • The fact that he actually has 2 profiles in order to split the hours and make it look like he doesn't spend his entire life on video games.
  • He actually has more virtual friends that he does in 'real life'. About 128x more actually.

Quotes

  • "Yeah Triple H does have the strength but you have to admit that Kurt Angle has the dexterity."
  • "I was up until about 4am attending a 'Matrix Online' trial, I was supposed to be uploading evidence but one of the defendants pleaded guilty so the admin said I could just sit in the lobby and view source. That was one crazy weekend."
  • "There were 4 of us up until 5am on Team-Speak; getting absolutely plastered, drinking blue WKD's, playing Call Of Duty and talking about girls. We had 3 or 4 drinks and we were so drunk that we ended up fragging each other with grenades! It was better than real-life socialising!"
