Room 63 is the IT Room in the Belfry.
On a normal day, at least one of the computers in this room is stuck in a boot loop and a couple more not connected to the network.
Room 63 also seems to be a regular haunt for those who decide to change the Microsoft Word menus - which are always restored back to their proper functions by 09G.
This room also has air conditioning - which is good on those rare days where the sun shines over BRGS!
