Vasilis Bessas is a guitar teacher who teaches students (and Mr. Fitton) in 20 minute slots every Tuesday and Thurdsay, though him and Mr. Proudman not share duties.
A normal guitar would count the notes to a student like this: 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and, 1 and 2 and etc. However, Mr. Bessas chooses to say 'and' like 'end' which makes you stop every few beats because you think he wants you to finish.
