MDE Studios was set up in 1999, by [[David Bewicke]], [[John Holland|John 'Melon' Holland]] and [[Elliot Hurst]] to meet the growing demand for a BRGS game. It is constructed from 'Melon Dave Elliot' to make MDE.

Over the progress of their school life, MDE studios was renamed to [[Clipse Online]] and began competing with [[Martin Pilkington]]'s M Cubed software. Both ventures were unsuccessful. Unparadoxically though, Clipse Online remains online to this day.
