	Hi, thanks for getting back to me and I've accepted you on facebook! Anyway, to become an admin just stick to what is said on the policy page and after a while ask me or another senior moderator and we'll most likely say yes. About the I.P. address, I cannot look at which accounts are editing from what I.P. address so if I block an account off the school network and block that as well I won't actually know I have blocked it. Nobody should be editing at school anyway! Also, if I ban an account off the school network the I.P. address will only be banned for 24 hours regardless of how long I banned them for.
