The scene of countless memorable and not-so-memorable assemblies (especially those ones where you get to sit down), it is also a gathering point for many students despite the best efforts of the dinner ladies to prevent any congregating.<br /> <br /> The Hall also hosts [[Speech Night]], [[Parents Evening]] and many school productions. It was also the location of a short-lived sit-down protest by several members of the school, who wished to complain about their dismissal from the [[Canteen]].
